Well-run and lovely peaceful place to stay in a very well maintained building with views of garden. Perfect, unbeatable location close enough to a beautiful garden, Dorking town centre and restaurants of Dorking, amicable staff. Honestly nothing to complain about.

It's a gorgeous place, fairly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. I can recommend the excellent restaurant onsite for dinner.
Nothing all good.

The Queen Room was cozy, but the shared bathroom was not well maintained.

I stayed here recently for two nights. The space was nice and the garden offered a relaxing view. I appreciated the continental breakfast options each morning. Jill was a kind host. Watching the sunset from the terrace was enjoyable, reminding me of my hiking adventures back home in Canada with my family.
The shared bathroom situation was not ideal, especially at night. The television in my room was confusing to use, and I struggled to change channels.

The Queen Room was good, with a cozy armchair perfect for reading. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, ensuring a great start to the day. The peaceful location made for a perfect escape, surrounded by nature and just a short walk to the High Street.
The door had a bit of a banging issue.

We visited Chessington World of Adventures and went for a hike in the beautiful countryside. The breakfast had lots of choice, and the garden was just fine. The rooms were bright and comfortable. Jill. Can't wait to return soon!
The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

Jill was an amazing host, offering a huge spread of breakfast options and ensuring I had a cozy stay. I spent some lovely afternoons in the beautiful garden and really enjoyed relaxing in the leisure room too. The only downside was the breakfast hours being a bit early for those who like to sleep in, but honestly, it didn't spoil my experience. 🌼

The garden was fine, and breakfast had plenty of choices. We visited Chessington World of Adventures and had a blast at the rides. The room was bright and comfy. Jill was super cute. Can't wait to come back!
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, made planning our outings harder.

I spent 3 nights at Chart House Bed And Breakfast and the location near Gatwick airport was a big plus for me. The surrounding area is pretty, and I appreciated the beautiful garden. My room, although a Beautiful Single, felt a bit cramped when my grandchild was with me. I wish I had chosen an en suite room since moving around the shared facility was tough with a hyper child. The breakfast offered was decent but didn't quite meet my expectations compared to other bed and breakfasts I've visited. Still, the friendly atmosphere made up for some of the inconveniences. Would have loved a bit more flexibility with breakfast hours too.

We had a lovely couple of nights here! The room was super comfy, bright and airy. Jill was so friendly. The breakfast was awesome, tons of choices! The garden is gorgeous, really well kept. Just wish the parking was a bit better, but it didn't ruin our time at all.
